Greet The Night Sky In Helena Deland's 'Comfort, Edge' Video From Debut Album 'Someone New'

Helena Deland's anticipated debut album Someone New is now available via Luminelle Recordings . The album was written and recorded over a period of two years, beginning with Deland’s guitar and expanding into a sonic sphere that blends elements of Synth Pop and Classic Folk.

An animated video for the album track “Comfort, Edge ” has been released, directed by Katerine Dennie-Marcoux that "visually represents the song’s contradictory yearning with a characterized bedroom setting; a sort of cooly-lit reimagining of the room in “Goodnight Moon” which seems to instead greet the night sky, inviting it inside to stay a while".

Helena will celebrate Someone New with a livestreamed performance from home exclusively for Bandcamp just following the album’s release this coming Monday, October 19th , at 6pm EST. You can find tickets here.
