Spatial Relations, which consists of the duo of Nicholas Principe of Port St. Willow and Peter Silberman of The Antlers, have shared the first single of their debut album Talking to Strangers: The Companion Album with "Default to Truth".

After providing Malcolm Gladwell with "ambient atmospheres, motifs, and full-band performances" to score his #1 New York Times audiobook bestseller, Principe and Silberman "distilled and developed" those ideas into Talking to Strangers: The Companion Album.

The album will be released September 25 via Principe’s record label People Teeth.

Principe and Silberman's partnership has "evolved from decades of improvised instrumental recordings" and since formally establishing Spatial Relations in 2018, besides Talking To Strangers, the duo have also created themes for Slate’s “Slow Burn” podcast and Luminary’s “Fiasco” podcast.
