Among the top Jazz trumpeters of their generation, Pete and Conte Candoli have played on over 5,000 sessions and have backed some of the world's greatest jazz artists. Conte was a founding member of the revolutionary be-bop big band Supersax, while brother Pete became a huge figure on the West Coast jazz scene, working with several bands, most notably that of Stan Kenton. On this classic release from 1978, the Condoli brothers (on trumpet and flugelhorn) join forces supported by an all star back-up band Joe DiOrio (guitar); Lou Levy (piano); Fred Atwood (bass) and John Dentz (drums). All selections newly remastered.
