Product Type: VINYL LP (180 gram)

Tower Records Exclusive!

Two days after winning their first Latin Grammy in November 2022, Zé Ibarra, Dora Morelenbaum, and Julia Mestre of Bala Desejo performed to an enraptured crowd at Glasshaus in Brooklyn, NY. On this record, the first from the Live at Glasshaus series, the trio sings effortlessly, harmonizing as much in spirit as in tone, bringing an almost magical warmth from their home in Rio de Janeiro. The collection presents 9 acoustic performances, including re-imaginations from Sim Sim Sim, Bala Desejo’s debut album, as well as covers from Brazilian icons Chico Buarque, Dorival Caymmi, and Caetano Veloso. Across it all, they sound like rightful heirs to the rich legacy of Música Popular Brasileira.

The album is produced by Jarrett Wetherell and Marc Urselli in partnership with Tower Records.
