Art Taylor - "A.T.'s Delight" Art Taylor was one of the greatest drummers in modern jazz who propelled the bands of Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Donald Byrd and many more. Taylor only lead a handful of recorded albums including 1960's A.T.'s Delight, which is a delightful and inventive set of hard bop that interprets the music of Coltrane, Monk, Davis, and more with a stellar band including trumpeter Dave Burns and tenor saxophonist Stanley Turrentine. All-analog, mastered from the originals and pressed on 180g vinyl.
