We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to make a return.
For orders created between November 20th 2024 and December 31st 2024, we have extended our normal return period. For orders made between this period, customers have up to 60 days from the receipt of goods to return an item. Please see our Christmas Returns page for more information.
To be eligible for a return of an unwanted item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Croft & Cotes is a London-based acoustic duo consisting of twin brothers Matt & Dan Persell-Thompson. Their new single I Did is digitally released on 27th April, along with their debut album Symmetry (digital & physical). The album is produced by Glenn Keiles, whose music has been used in TV series' including CSI, America's Next Top Model and Good Morning America. Since forming in 2013, Croft & Cotes have developed their own unique blend of Indie and Urban Acoustic that incorporates tight harmonies. Having been described as a high-energy breath of fresh air, they have drawn comparisons to the likes of Keane and Bombay Bicycle Club, receiving support from BBC Radio 6 Music & BBC Introducing. Their songs, written with sensitivity, raw emotion and honesty, appeal to listeners of all ages. Their wide range of influences includes John Mayer, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Ray Charles and the Everly Brothers.
