Three years after the bands last release (Things As They Appear), Red Bazar are finally able to release their new album, 'Inverted Reality'. With Covid delaying the writing of new material, the band was desperate to get back into their Nottingham studio to record their fifth studio album. Band members; Andy Wilson (Guitars), Paul Comerie (Drums), Mick Wilson (Bass) and Peter Jones (Vocals and Keyboards) are all in agreement that the songs on this album are some of the best that the band has ever written. Mick Wilson stated 'With a heavier sound and more aggressive approach, these songs have really come alive and are some of the band's best work to-date'. Red Bazar was formed in 2007 by brothers Mick & Andy Wilson and Paul Comerie. Their first album 'Connections' (2008) comprised seven instrumental tracks and was very well received by prog media. Two years late in 2010, they released the follow up album, 'Differential Being', again, an instrumental album. Their third release was a three track EP 'After The Ice Storm' (2013). After this release the band introduced keyboard player Gary Marsh in order to allow Mick to concentrate on his bass playing, and shortly after, secured the services of Peter Jones to provide vocals for the first time in the bands history. The result was 'Tales From The Bookcase' (2016) opening up a new audience for the band and quickly seeing them gaining popularity. 2019 saw their next album 'Things As They Appear', and now three years on finally sees the release of 'Inverted Reality'
