Title: Welcome to My World
Artist: Ricksha Radio
Label: CD Baby
UPC: 884501513067
Genre: Rock

Ricksha Radio formed in 2002 and quickly became known as the band who dared to ignore the commoditization and pigeon-holing of music called 'genres' and instead simply write, play and record great songs across the whole rock spectrum. They have developed a knack for putting new twists on classic styles and making them their own by striving for strong melodies, tight arrangements and keeping each song as short and sweet as possible. From Northern Vermont, Ricksha Radio features keyboards, vocals and most bass parts by Bob Dimick - veteran keyboardist and lead singer from the legendary group, 'TANK'. Bob went on to front the very successful 'BB & The Phantom Band', releasing the critically acclaimed album 'A Man In A Hurry' in 1989. Theresa Dimick delivers drums and percussion with her steady 'kick like a bronco' style that has been likened to a mix of Ringo and John Bonham. Jamie Dimick holds down lead and rhythm guitar with his 'Foghattian' slide technique and signature 'power-wah' rhythm passages. The band's mantra is 'we're all about the song'. Wherever each song's style, instrumentation, arrangement or production takes them - Ricksha Radio is pumped and ready to go.
