We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to make a return.
For orders created between November 20th 2024 and December 31st 2024, we have extended our normal return period. For orders made between this period, customers have up to 60 days from the receipt of goods to return an item. Please see our Christmas Returns page for more information.
To be eligible for a return of an unwanted item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

The Rua are Roseanna Brown (voice and guitar), Alanna Brown (piano and backing vocals) and Jonathan Brown (violin, guitar, vocals and backing vocals). The band - two sisters and a brother - were brought up in Windsor, England but have Irish blood flowing through their collective veins; their father hails from Derry, their mother from Tipperary whilst their Aunt is 1970 Eurovision Song Contest Winner, Dana. The band have released two critically-acclaimed albums to date, their 2014 debut Essence - heralded as "an astonishingly assured collection" in a 4 star review in Q magazine - and an eponymous follow-up which has shot the band to even greater heights. In recent years the band have primarily targeted and toured the US extensively - with Rachel Platten, Adam Lambert, Michael Frantic and Spearhead, Karmin, A Great Big World, The Score and Third Eye Blind amongst others - and headlined two Florida shows to an audience of 200,000, Indeed, The Rua have taken the US to their hearts to such a degree that they have now visited 43 of it's 50 states and been the subject of a CBS TV special and a PBS nationally televised concert and now are ready to launch in a big way in their home country with the huge Westlife tour of thousands of viewing punters.
