Spanish Sau Poler is back with Paradoxes Of Progress a new four song EP out on Atomnation. Sau Poler is from Badalona, a little town on the outskirts of Barcelona. Pau Soler (his real name) started making music in 2012 as a way to explore his needs and to have fun - influenced by all sorts of genres, mainly hiphop and electronica and artists like Aphex Twin, Boards Of Canada, Four Tet and Bonobo. Pau quickly established as an all round and well-respected producer. Early spring 2013, he managed to finish his debut EP, 'A Soundless Echo', supported by tastemakers such as Pete Tong, Thropics, John Talabot and many blogs including Xlr8r. Gigs at Barcelona (Sonar), Paris, New York and Amsterdam were a natural continuation. New EP 'Paradoxes Of Progress' features plenty of new dancefloor-appropriate rhythms and often brings forward an organic production style as we know from Sau Poler; his music has a relaxed attitude and unhurried basslines, haunting vocals and dusty sample work; perfect for clubs or for home listing pleasure.
