Stephanie began writing and performing music at the young age of 9. From community talent shows and large folk festivals to New York City nightclubs and intimate gatherings, she has performed for all types of audiences. In the early 1990's, Stephanie opened for EmmyLou Harris. Since then, she has released three albums and two singles, including 'Yes We Can', the song which came in second place in the Best inaugural Song contest in 2008. Her life is an eclectic mix of political activism, yoga (both practice and teaching), and music -- all surrounding her husband and two girls (ages 15 and 12). Stephanie's music reflects this diversity, but she touches the listener with common themes of love, loss, childhood, and global perspectives.
