The album's title So Tired Of Crying comes from a Hillbilly who for a short time was a Rockabilly artist Curtis Gordon. The other showcased artists include; Hillbillies Charlie Adams, Justin Tubb and Buck Griffin. Western Swing legends; Billy Jack Wills, Curley Williams, Pee Wee King, and Tex Williams. To diversify the sound Merrill Moore boogies away on the "88s", Melvin Endsley sings a pleasing love poem, Johnnie and Jack cover a well-known Rocker in the Hillbilly style. The esoteric artists are; Archie Jefferies, Jimmie Revard, and Junior Reed who add a real rural flavour to the album. The pretty ladies are; Patsy Cline, Charlotte Harden, and Anita Carter. As with the previous albums, a plethora of top-grade quality music is available to hear.
