We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to make a return.
For orders created between November 20th 2024 and December 31st 2024, we have extended our normal return period. For orders made between this period, customers have up to 60 days from the receipt of goods to return an item. Please see our Christmas Returns page for more information.
To be eligible for a return of an unwanted item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Ziemba is the performing moniker of El Paso-based musician, writer, and perfumer René Kladzyk. Kladzyk's multifaceted work has been showcased in venues including MoMA Ps1, Pioneer Works, National Sawdust, and toured internationally. Her most recent full length album, ARDIS, functioned as a series of portals into a sci-fi adventure and parallel world, and featured three fragrances, costumes, sets, and full choir. Her writing has been published in outlets including Teen Vogue, i-D, The Creative Independent, and more. She has held artistic residencies with Pioneer Works, Kickstarter, Varda, and Guerilla Science. Kladzyk is both terrified and elated to be releasing True Romantic, a collection of unabashed and overblown love songs, on Sister Polygon in Fall 2020.
