I can wonder what you did with your day' is the latest (and greatest!) Album from acclaimed Canadian indie rocker Julie Doiron. An artist who continually attracts a positive critical response, Doiron sings bare open songs about her life, activities and musings, and has established a dedicated following. Her rich solo career was preceded by an equally admired one with indie rock group Eric's trip. The new album is simple, deep and intimate. Sonically, it's sparse but has a strong small-band aesthetic, Doiron joined by recent collaborator Fred Squire on drums and Eric's trip bassist rick white.
