Martha Argerich & Friends are featured in this series. During the "Lugano Festival" (Switzerland), Argerich a recorded each of her co-star friends for a year. Called the "Argerich Project," the best of the young and first-class artists were lead by Argerich as music director starting from 2002. This recording ended in 2003, the ambitious and repertoire that also includes two piano versions of Piazzolla works is fresh in it's approach.
