Order Processing and Dispatch

In terms of order processing and dispatch time, this remains unchanged. On average, orders containing available to ship items are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, although this is not guaranteed.

Orders containing preorder items will ship as 1 fulfillment once all items are available to ship.

Please note, Tower Records Merchandise and Exclusives are dispatched separately. On average, these items take 5-6 business days to dispatch, although this is not guaranteed.

Shipping Times

The estimated shipping times that are displayed at checkout are from the point of dispatch. They are not from point of order creation. 

We have a variety of shipping options available at checkout depending on your location. The shipping methods available to you and their respective costs are presented and calculated at checkout. 

Please note, when delivery times are given, these are unguaranteed estimates. The vast majority of orders arrive within the given timeframe. For reasons out of our control, sometimes there may be shipping delays. Although we trust our shipping providers to get your order to you in a timely manner, because of the seasonal pressures on them, we would recommend ordering any holiday gifts in good time. We kindly ask customers to understand that we try and get orders sent as fast as possible but from there delays may occur due to the holiday pressures on carriers. We appreciate the pressures they are under and know they are working their hardest at this time.

Recommended Order Date Cutoff

We want to help our customers as much as we can. We are therefore recommending the below cutoff dates for ordering if you want your order to arrive before Christmas. These cutoffs are for our general music products. Due to extended processing time, we would recommend ordering any Tower Merchandise or Exclusives roughly 4 business days before the below cutoffs. Please note, delivery schedules are unguaranteed and delays may still occur in shipment due to seasonal pressures. We would recommend the following cutoff dates for the available shipping methods:

USPS Media Mail: Order before 12/11

USPS Ground Advantage: Order before 12/17

USPS Priority Mail: Order before 12/18

UPS Ground: Order before 12/12

UPS Next Day: Order before 12/20

DHL (International): Order before 12/17

Please note, these are our suggestions. We aim to dispatch orders as fast as we can. We cannot be held responsible for delays during shipment.

Holiday Returns

For orders created between November 20th 2024 and December 31st 2024, we have extended our normal return period. For orders made between this period, customers have up to 60 days from the receipt of goods to return an item. Please see our refund policy for more information on the return process.

Gift Packaging and Receipts

At this time, we do not have a gift wrapping or receipt option. All orders come with an order slip included as standard. This slip details the item(s) contained and the price paid. Unfortunately, this cannot be removed from any order.
