Celebrating Hawaiian Music By 'Catching A Wave' On Tower's Live Show With Roger Bong Of Aloha Got Soul

We had a fantastic chat with Roger Bong of the awesome record label Aloha Got Soul on our Tower Instagram Live show hosted by Dani Pinkus. Bong has re-released a very famous Hawaiian song and album, Catching a Wave, which hasn't been available to fans for many years and we have both the single and the album in our Tower shop in vinyl.

Bong does a great job of paying homage to the original creators of the music, Steve Ma'i'i and Teresa Bright, working with Steve for the release, and has plenty to say to help introduce us to the musical history of Hawaii and how it plays into islander identity.
