Watch Ensiferum's Video 'For Sirens' From Oceanic-Themed LP 'Thalassic'

Folk-inspired melodic Death Metal band Ensiferum have released their new album Thalassic, via Metal Blade Records. According to the band, this is their first "theme album", an approach they previously thought would be impossible for them due to the way they compose songs and albums. However, faced with this challenge, they went in with a goal and emerged victorious with an album whose name in Ancient Greek means "of the seas".

A lyric video for the album track "For Sirens" has also been sent out into the world.
