Bach's the Art of Fugue, the peak of Baroque contrapuntal style, is one of the most enigmatic works in music history. Though composed as a series of fugues on the same subject, Bach did not specify the instruments that should play them. On this CD, Les Voix Humaines plays it's own version of Bach's unfinished final work.
