Lavagnino's score for the great 1962 film 'Kali-Yug La Dea Della Vendetta' (also known as: Goddess Of Vengeance (1963, UK); Kali Yug: Die G"ttin Der Rache (1964, Germany); Kali-Yug, D'esse de la Vengeance (1963, France); Vengeance Of Kali (1963, United States), directed by Mario Camerini starring Senta Berger and Lex Barker, finally reissued on vinyl (original edition now very rare on CAM Records, 1963). Composed and directed by Lavagnino, 'Kali-Yug' is one of the most beautiful soundtracks written by the Maestro at the end of his career. Already famous for his great orchestral themes, here Lavagnino surpasses himself by introducing surprising exotic motifs that make this work a fundamental for all true soundtrack collectors. Original artwork. Sound entirely restored and remastered by Roberto Zamori at the Film Music Art Studio.
