The opening track sets the mood with Pee Wee Ellis', The Chicken. Holz gets down to business on this track with a fantastic drum solo. Volta is reminiscent of McCoy Tyner. Side Scratch is as funky as it gets. Better Try is Holz's next smooth jazz hit that features Brandon Fields on saxophone. Eleven High features a drum solo that's virtuosic yet musical. Jemin Eye, N swings hard. Bob's Bules, composed by Holz features a phenomenal bass solo by Ralphe Armstrong. Jammin Man is reggae fusion at it's best. Silverthorne features the amazing guitar work of Alex Machacek. The closer, Larry's Blues is a heartfelt tribute to Larry Coryell. - Bob Holz has played and recorded with Larry Coryell, Mike Stern, John McLaughlin, Stanley Clarke, Jean Luc Ponty, Randy Brecker, Darryl Jones and many other major jazz fusion artists.
