LTM is pleased to announce the latest in our series of upgraded CD reissues by cult French artist Isabelle Antena, ingénue electro-samba pioneer turned jazz-pop polymath. Originally released on chic Belgian independent label Les Disques du Crepuscule in 1988, on a Warm Summer Night (Tous Mes Caprices) continues Antena's journey from minimalist electro-samba to smooth pop sophisticates. Produced by Isabelle with Martin Hayles (Orange Juice, Daryl Hall, Lighthouse Family), stand-out tracks include the singles Je Respire and Romancia del Amor, as well as the exceptional ballad Eclat de Nuit, co-written by acclaimed French soundtrack composer Gabriel Yared. The album also includes a bossa nova arrangement of Frank Zappa's Village of the Sun. Running for 55 minutes, this digitally remastered CD includes five bonus tracks, recorded live in Japan on her June 1991 tour. The booklet includes a detailed artist biography and photographs.
