'Keep Your Eyes Open' for Valentine from Bill Frisell, Thomas Morgan & Rudy Royston

Blue Note will be releasing guitarist Bill Frisell's upcoming album on August 14th with bassist Thomas Morgan and drummer Rudy Royston, titled Valentine.

A second single, “Keep Your Eyes Open,” has been unveiled, a song which originally appeared on Frisell’s 1997 album Nashville, but accompanied by a new video by Monica Jane Frisell.

Valentine is produced by Frisell's longtime collaborator Lee Townsend and recorded by Tucker Martine at Flora Recording in Portland, Oregon, featuring 13 tracks. It features "originals new and old, jazz standards, traditional songs, and covers'. All while taking advantage of the trio format.
