A unique musical interpretation of spiritual songs, profound prayers and mantras taken from the Tradition of the Sutra and Tantra in Tibetan Buddhism, compiled by Amrit Stein through her own experience of extensive Buddhist practice. The musical arrangements were made in collaboration with Tibetan musicians in Kathmandu and also with Dharamsala-trained musician and composer Tsering Topten (Tibetan banjo, flute and piwang (violin with horse's head)). with a 16 page booklet giving a brief introduction to Tibetan Buddhism and containing the texts of the ten spiritual songs and auspicious prayers written in original Tibetan with English translation.
