She was nominated for a Grammy Award four times. Her appearance on Gigi Gryce's 1955 album Nica's Tempo, led to a partnership with trumpeter Rolf Ericson for a Scandinavian tour, where she taped most of the music on this LP, titled Little Girl Blue. Featuring Duke Jordan, Clark Terry & Art Farmer, among others. 180-gram VIRGIN VINYL LIMITED EDITION of 650 COPIES.
