Andrew Rangell channels his inner child on Bach 4 Kids... a delightful recording of mostly short pieces scaled for a child's attention span, but perfect for everyone. The whimsical cover was drawn by young Andy himself, who enjoyed drawing pictures long before he began studying piano at age nine. Rangell drew many pictures even while attending The Juilliard School, which nonetheless awarded him a doctoral degree in piano (and exhibited his cartoons in the library). Andrew Rangell's more than 30 albums encompass four centuries of keyboard music. Bach's music has anchored Rangell's musical life. His recording career began with an acclaimed interpretation of the Goldberg variations, F sharp minor toccata, and the 2 Ricercars from The Musical Offering.
