This 1973 suite was the second of Bola Sete's four beautiful solo guitar suites, along with the two-part Ocean Memories (1972), Shambhala Moon (1982), and Windspell (1987). The three bonus tracks include a haunting Brazilian medley and two improvisations by Bola. All of the tracks were recorded by Bola at his home studio in Marin County, California, between 1970 and 1972. Track 15 is Bola playing boogie woogie, the only recording of him playing this type of music that I am aware of. Track 16 is of Bola talking with his wife Anne in enjoyment of just having played Rio Boogie Woogie. Folk Guitar, Track 12, was dedicated to Bola's dear friend John Fahey (1939-2001).
