Formed in Italy in December 2008 by Claudio Florio (Trinkarius, Holy Knights) and Niki Zummo, who both wanted to form a band heavily influenced by power metal, Crimson Wind's debut album The Wings of Salvation was released in 2011 and received rave reviews from fans and critics alike. Now, the band is back with their sophomore effort, featuring a great new vocalist and a refreshing sound, delivering their fierce version of symphonic power metal that - apart from some damn serious drumming and riffing - also includes keyboards and choir arrangements. This is definitely an album no power metal fan should miss!
