The once and future lead singer of Blood, Sweat & Tears was recorded live at Toronto's Opera House on October 26th and 27th, 2005. It's a musical biography of sorts, reflecting the history and legacy of an incredibly prolific career. The album is comprised of songs Clayton-Thomas either wrote or performed with Blood Sweat & Tears-from '60s classics like "Spinning Wheel" and "Go Down Gamblin" to '70s and '80s hits like the bebop gem "Gimme That Wine"-as well as songs culled from his first Justin Time album "Aurora" (2005)-the Billie Holiday-penned "Don't Explain" and David's own "Wild Women & Po' Boys".
