After single-handedly redefining "warped" as the mind and mouth behind the Bronx-based Ultramagnetic MC's, "Kool" Keith Thornton, a.k.a. Rhythm X, a.k.a. Dr. Octagon, a.k.a. Dr. Dooom, headed for the outer reaches of the stratosphere with a variety of solo projects. Rumored to have been admitted as a psychiatric patient at Bellevue, Keith's lyrical thematics remained as free-flowing here as they ever were with the N.Y. trio, connecting up complex meters with fierce, layers-deep metaphors and veiled criticisms of those who "water down the sound that comes from the ghetto." 2006 brought the return of Dr. Octagon, and 2008 brought the return of Dr. Dooom to finish him off once and for all. This 10th Anniversary Edition of the CD is a limited edition of 250 copies, hand numbered and autographed by the producer KutMasta Kurt!
