This intense 1973 recording by the great John Edwards was not on any of his Aware releases and did not surface until 1998 on a Kent Various Artists CD. It has continued to win admirers over the years and is now at last on the vinyl medium it was recorded for. Loleatta Holloway's 'This Man's Arms' was recorded to be the flip of 'Bring It On Up', her 1971 Galaxy single. It was dropped and replaced by an earlier Apache side 'Rainbow 71'. Kent used that Galaxy edit on the Loleatta CD but used a longer Aware version on a 100 Club anniversary single. This is that much-coveted long version.
