(2-CD set) in August 1999, Dr. Chadbourne organised a guitar festival at the Tonic in New York City, inviting everybody he knew: Thurston Moore, Kim Gordon, Jim O'Rourke and Lee Renaldo (all members of Sonic Youth), as well as Loren Mazzacane Connors, Joe Morris, Elliot Sharp, Alan Licht, Kenta Nagai, Misha Feigin, Don Fleming and David Watson. Disc one is devoted to Dr. Chadbourne's adventures at his festival playing in different combinations of musicians. Disc two is an onslaught of guitar creativity involving many avant-garde guitar greats.
