Digitally remastered and expanded edition of the self- titled 1973 album by Hemlock, the band formed by guitarist and vocalist Miller Anderson. Anderson is a highly respected musician who came to prominence as vocalist and guitarist with the Keef Hartley Band in 1968. Signing to Decca's Deram label, the band recorded a series of albums which embraced, jazz, blues and rock influences and enjoyed success as one of the great British bands of the late 1960s and early 1970s. Following the release of the album 'Overdog' in the Spring of 1971, Miller recorded his first solo album, 'Bright City'. The result was a fine and inspiring record and led to him forming Hemlock to record a follow up album for Deram. The band's only album was a fine blend of folk and rock influences.
