Following a pair of sensational releases on the label this summer, Defected Records are proud to present this special 12' delivery from Darius Syrossian. Kicking off the A-Side with his stellar collab with Jamie Jones, 'Rushing' has deep tribal drums, a jacked-up beat and the Strictly Rhythm vocal sample, making a perfect amalgamation of Jamie Jones and Darius Syrossian's styles. Their impressive inaugural release as a pair has already been turning heads on the White Isle and beyond. The A-Side also features a vinyl exclusive with the Afterparty Basement Mix, stripped back and with atmospheric keys that alter it's sound. On the flip is Darius' latest single on Defected, opening with 'Come On Come On', where he delivers a dose of upbeat driving house, a rubbery bouncing bassline and a chopped-up version of the vocal sample that features in both tracks on the single. Rounding off the release is another vinyl exclusive, with the Warehouse Techno Dub Mix of 'Kouka', a heavy-hitting dose of main room techno set to get pulses racing.
