Vinyl LP pressing. 2012 solo album from the Team Dresch/Butchies singer/guitarist. Don't let the title throw you off. It's not meant to be funny or even ironic; it is meant "as is", a frank statement of fact. This is Kaia Wilson's fifth solo album, and it contains her most mature (adult) songwriting to date. The album features guest musicians Jody Bleyle and Marci Martinez (Team Dresch) on bass/drums, Amanda Lawrence on viola/cello, and Seth Lorinczi on organ and castanets. These recordings were done one at a time in different settings (kitchens, basements, bedrooms, studios). Each song was delicately handled as it's own unique creature, never straying from what the composition itself wants.
