This 2015 album features singer/songwriter Kristen Nelson on simple, guitar-driven arrangements of beloved Primary songs. Kristen's career as a musician has given her an instinct for storytelling and evocative lyrics, and she brings those sensibilities to these beautiful and well-known Primary songs. Stylistically she introduces elements of folk legends Bob Dylan and Joan Baez, but she brings her own unique voice and approach to these songs. This is the first of what could become a series of albums featuring different artists who take classic LDS songs and perform them with acoustic arrangements.
