A highly collectible folk rock album from the late 1960's, Lindy Michaels "Ragamuffin Child" originally released in 1968 is one of those sought after oddities that collectors of psyche folk and folk rock seek out on a regular basis. Along with tastefully done covers of Leonard Cohen's "Suzanne," Lennon & McCartney's "Here, There and Everywhere," Tom Paxton's "Bottle of Wine," Jesse Fuller's "San Francisco Bay Blues" and Paul Simon's "Cloudy" are some highly original songs including the downright weird "Communicable Diseases" - a song destined for Dr. Demento's radio show. All selections newly re-mastered.
