"Talamanca" is Antoine Loyer's fifth album, here accompanied by the band Mégalodons Malades in it's second form (a prominent contrabassoon supports the female voices). It was recorded in an old house as well as at the church in the Catalan village of the same name. As usual, no compromise was made. In the sense that it includes a few songs created with primary school pupils from Brussels, this is certainly his easiest album to access. Disc of synthesis and tender then, in which one reaches there a bit of silence ("Game of loaded dice").The song is the sound of the wind passing through the garment with which this semblance of silence has been covered.
