2 CD with Book. The 1999 Album "The Point At Which It Falls Apart" was Mesh's first quintessential Album, that put the band on a map as a musical force to be reckoned with. The band had released one album and several EPs and singles beforehand, but as lead singer Mark Hockings recalls, "it was ironically the point at which it came together for us." MESHs second album is now getting a long-awaited haul over and has absolutely stood the test of time as one of the strongest Synthpop records of the last three decades, in which the band had fully developed their own identity their trademark especially songwriting skills with synthpop anthems as "It Scares Me" or "Not Prepared". This reissue now got a quality remastering by renowned German electronic producer wizard Olaf Wollschläger (Yello, Beborn Beton, And One). But the album was also optically revamped as South African graphic artist Nico J emulated the old artwork of desolated rooms and chairs by artificial intelligence and put together a beautiful 48-page hardcover book with a bonus disc of 11 remastered rarities and alternative mixes.
