This time he will release his two best albums by each name. This is the best album under the name of Paradise Garage, it traces the history from it's debut in 1995 to the present. the 4-pages inner sheet contains liner notes by Atsushi Sasaki (HEADZ) & himself, lyrics, etc.. The cover artwork by Masahiro Kim of Atelier Hiko, a private atelier for people with intellectual disabilities in Hiranogo, Osaka. With a CD with the same contents as the LP. DL code includes the bonus track 'February 4, 2019'. This is the best album under the name of Paradise Garage, who has gained a cult following as a home-recorded pop genius.
