A powerful, percussive pianist and the possessor of a truly unique voice and eccentric singing style, which led to her becoming universally known as "The Chee Chee Girl", ROSE MURPHY enjoyed her biggest successes in the late 40s and early/mid 50s. Included as a unique bonus track is Frankie Valli's tribute to Rose, her signature song 'I Can't Give You Anything But Love', from the first Four Seasons' LP. At present there are no other Rose Murphy compilations on the market, which makes this fab collection of her early recordings indispensable
