Title: Another Christmas Present from...
Artist: Albion Band
Label: Talking Elephant
UPC: 5028479016921
Genre: Xmas Vocal, Folk

Holiday release from the British Folk rockers. Bass player Ashley Hutchings, who had previously founded and left both Fairport Convention and Steeleye Span, is the driving force behind The Albion Band. The members use acoustic and electric instruments to create a Folk-Rock sound something like Fairport Convention's, but usually more typically English in character. Another Christmas Present from The Albion Band - Live in concert 1986 captures the time, essence and feel of the band at what is often classed their best time together. This never before released title includes such legends of Folk like John Tams, Cathy Lesurf, Phil Beer, Martin Bell, Trevor Foster, and Ashley Hutchings.
