Trance - The Loser Strikes Back - Scorpions, Accept, Trance - that was the top list of German hard rock/heavy metal bands in the early eighties. After a now rare self-produced single, the career started in 1982 with the debut Break Out on Rockport and was sealed a year later with Power Infusion, including the hit single Heavy Metal Queen. They toured Europe and played prestigious festivals, while the still few metal magazines reported on the number 3 after Scorpions and Accept. Bad decisions and business problems prevented the big breakthrough even before the third LP Victory (1985). Five more albums followed until 1996, when the band broke up. The joy of playing of this new line-up has now been captured on this comeback disc recorded in 2016 in the VPS studio with producer Ingo Czajkowski (Rage, Subsignal etc.) without the typical tricks of modern studio technology. All real is the motto, which makes the album sound powerful and alive. - Trance was among the top list of German hard rock/heavy metal bands in the early eighties.
