We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to make a return.
For orders created between November 20th 2024 and December 31st 2024, we have extended our normal return period. For orders made between this period, customers have up to 60 days from the receipt of goods to return an item. Please see our Christmas Returns page for more information.
To be eligible for a return of an unwanted item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

After realizing the negative effects of 'sleeping rough', Jean Madden designed the discrete and compact Street Swag, made from lightweight waterproofed canvas with a high-density foam mattress that also has room for extra belongings. With school children, prisoners, and Aboriginal communities, Street Swags have now bedded and given this basic shelter to over 16,400 of our homeless. As their major fundraiser this year, Street Swags has produced 'A Season for Giving' featuring Lee Kernaghan, Rick Price, Tamara Stewart, Tommy Emmanuel, Kasey Chambers, Katie Noonan, Rob Black, Troy Cassar-Daley, Luke O'Shea, Col Finley, Dianna Corcoran and Steve Forde. This CD is going to be iconic for Australian Christmas music and it's theme is very much the Street Swags message of looking after each other. Which is something that really encapsulates and celebrates what our Australian community has done this year.
